Design Team
We have a team of 57, including 20 specialists focused on product concept design, structural engineering, project management, and quality control. Being at the center of the aftermarket car accessories supply chain allows us to develop custom roof racks for any car model in as little as four weeks.
Production Process
We partner with local OEM manufacturers in Danyang and also hold shares in key suppliers, including those producing roof racks. Most of our products are made using die casting, CNC machining, and rotational molding. For durability and appearance, we apply e-coating followed by powder coating. Logos are typically added through laser etching or screen printing.
Patents and Trade Marks
Every product bearing the Arcane Warrior name is our original design. We hold over 20 patents and more than 10 global trademarks across major markets, including China, the United States, Canada, Australia, Russia, Japan, South Korea, and Europe.
Warehouse
We own warehouses in Danyang, Jiangsu, and Ontario, California. Our Danyang facility spans over 10,000 square meters—approximately 100,000 square feet—providing ample space to keep inventory in stock. This ensures our distributors can purchase products without waiting weeks for fulfillment.
